| All orders are shipped by UPS. If order is placed by 2:30pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday it will go out on the same day. Orders placed after 2:30pm or on weekends will go out the next day. Shipping amounts will be quoted before your credit card is processed. If you have any questions or wish to contact us about a return you may call (800) 287-4343. Because our goal is customer satisfaction, our prices are low all the time not just when we have specials and our shipping charges are based on exactly what UPS charges us to make the delivery. We DO NOT charge a processing or handling fee.
