Orders are handled immediately as they come in, processed by our order department and transferred directly to the shipping department so they can be off to the customer as soon as they are packaged. For more information on shipping, please see our section on shipping and returns.
Our pleasant and knowledgeable customer service staff; (Barbara, Cathy, Debbie and Marge); are available Monday thru Friday from 8am to 4:30pm (eastern time) to answer any of your questions or concerns. They are also here to take your phone orders should you be uncomfortable placing your order on the internet.
